Elan Group Awards ₹1,100 Crore Construction Contract to Leighton Asia for Gurugram Luxury Project

Gurugram, May 15, 2025 — Elan Group, a prominent real estate developer, has awarded a ₹1,100 crore construction contract to Leighton Asia, a subsidiary of Australia’s CIMIC Group, for its ultra-luxury residential project, Elan The Emperor, located in Sector 106 along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. 

Elan The Emperor is set to be a landmark development, featuring five towers, each rising to 40 storeys and reaching a height of 140 meters. This project will be among the tallest residential buildings in Gurugram, offering high-end luxury residences.

The project aims to achieve the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency. Construction is expected to commence in October 2023 and is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2027. 

This collaboration marks another significant partnership between Elan Group and Leighton Asia, following previous projects such as Elan The Presidential and Elan Imperial. Leighton Asia’s proven track record in delivering large-scale, high-quality construction projects aligns with Elan Group’s vision for luxury real estate development in the region.
