Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their real estate needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Actively source and develop a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
  • Provide end-to-end assistance in property transactions, including site visits, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, property laws, and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2+ years in the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is a plus.
  • A customer-centric approach and a proactive attitude.

Experience: Min. 6 month 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and identify their needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our real estate portfolio to answer inquiries effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and courteous communication.
  • Schedule appointments for property visits and meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets and generate revenue.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi (or other regional languages).
  • Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to handle rejections positively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
