Google picks up 550K sq ft office space in Gurugram

Google recently leased approximately 550,000 square feet of office space in Gurugram, Haryana, under a workspace management agreement with Table Space, which includes an option for Google to expand by an additional 200,000 square feet in the future. Indian time

This step is part of Google’s continuous expansion in India. In 2023, the company received a 649,000 square meter office. 

The Indian office leasing market is witnessing significant growth, with projections pointing to a record 83-85 million square feet of leasable space in 2024, surpassing demand in the US and China.

Gurugram, part of the National Capital Region (NCR), has emerged as a prime destination for tech companies due to its world-class infrastructure and proximity to the capital. Google’s choice consists of a strategy that establishes an important entity to use the qualified talent and the regional connections provided by GURUGRAM.
